Operator Information

This website is owned and operated by QuikForge Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 79555262). QuikForge Limited is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site and is the organisation accountable for it under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF Board) or any Singapore government agency. All calculations are based on publicly available CPF rates and guidelines.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Calculator inputs (not collected): All calculations are performed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. Salary, age, bonus, residency status, and CPF balance figures you enter are never sent to any server.

Email address (collected only with consent): If you click the "Email me my report" button and agree to receive communications, we collect your email address and the calculator inputs you entered (to personalise your report). This is entirely voluntary — the calculator works fully without providing your email.

We do not collect:

• IP addresses or device identifiers ourselves — but hosting logs record IP addresses, and Google Analytics 4 receives your IP address (Google derives coarse location from it and does not store it) and sets a random client identifier. See Section 6.
• Location data
• Browser fingerprints
• Any data from users who decline the email opt-in

2. How We Use Your Email

If you provide your email address, we use it to:

• Send your personalised CPF report (the immediate reason you signed up)
• Send occasional updates about CPF rules, contribution rate changes, and retirement planning tips (typically monthly)
• Share relevant financial product information via affiliate partnerships (clearly labelled)

We will never sell your email address to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing.

Unsubscribing: Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link (required by law). You can also contact us directly to be removed.

3. Email Service Provider — Brevo

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue, operated by Sendinblue SAS, France) to store subscriber email addresses and send emails. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and handles data in accordance with EU data protection standards, which meet or exceed Singapore PDPA requirements.

Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

By subscribing, you agree to your email being stored on Brevo's servers. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our Contact page.

4. Cookies

First-party functional cookie: If you subscribe via the "Email me my report" form, we set a small cookie in your browser to record that you have already subscribed. This prevents the sign-up prompt from appearing again on your device. This cookie contains no personal data — it is a simple yes/no flag. It expires after 365 days.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): _ga and _ga_YC7BMMDCBS hold a randomly generated client identifier so that repeat visits are counted as one visitor rather than several. They expire after 2 years, are set by Google, and contain no name, email address or calculator input. See Section 6.

Third-party cookies (Google AdSense): This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history. These cookies are set by Google, not by this site.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also manage all cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Affiliate Links Disclosure

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links to third-party financial products and services (such as investment platforms, insurance providers, or mortgage comparison tools). If you click an affiliate link and subsequently sign up or make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the third party at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links do not influence the editorial content or recommendations on this site. We only link to products we consider relevant to CPF and retirement planning. All affiliate relationships are disclosed on the relevant pages.

6. Analytics & Tracking

Nothing measures you until you allow it. Every page sets Google Consent Mode v2 above the Google tags, with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization all set to denied. Until you press Accept on the cookie bar, GA4 sets no cookie and AdSense sets no advertising cookie. Press Decline and they stay denied, and any Google cookie left by an earlier visit is deleted. You can change that choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page — withdrawal of consent is a right the PDPA gives you (Section 7).

Google Analytics 4. This site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YC7BMMDCBS) on every page except the cookie notice. GA4 records page views, the referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and a randomly generated client identifier. We use it only to see which pages are read and which are not.

What GA4 never sees: the calculator. Salary, age, bonus, residency status and CPF balances are processed in your browser and are sent nowhere — not to Google, not to us. No calculator event is measured, and nothing GA4 records is connected to any email address you give us.

You can block GA4 with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking third-party scripts in your browser. Its processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Google AdSense separately collects aggregated usage signals for ad delivery and fraud prevention, under the same policy. See Section 4.

7. PDPA Compliance (Singapore)

This website complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data from our records

8. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore, we have designated a Data Protection Officer responsible for overseeing data protection matters for this site. The DPO acts for QuikForge Limited, the data controller named in Operator Information above.

We respond to all data protection enquiries within 30 days, as the PDPA requires. Note that the calculator itself transmits nothing: salary, age and CPF figures are processed in your browser and never reach us, so in most cases the only personal data we hold about you is a newsletter email address, if you gave us one.

9. Contact Form

If you submit a message via the Contact page, the information you enter (name, email, topic, message) is used solely to reply to your enquiry. It is not stored in any database or shared with third parties.

10. Third-Party Links

This site contains links to external websites, including the official CPF Board website and affiliate partner sites. These third-party sites are governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

11. Hosting

This website is served as static files. Standard server access logs may be maintained by the hosting infrastructure. These logs typically include IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, and are retained for a limited period for security purposes only. They are not used for marketing or profiling. The hosting provider is Hostinger International Ltd, acting as our data processor under its Data Processing Agreement, which applies to our hosting plan.

12. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. Subscribers will be notified by email of significant changes.
